acidlabs has a pretty straightforward structure for pricing. It works as follows.

Rates

Different work has different values. We charge an hourly rate for consulting work. Other discrete pieces of work might be charged on a fixed price basis. For example workshops and seminars might have a per-attendee price or we might agree on a set price for a particular output or milestone. We also charge back travel and accommodation costs to you.

We’re not cheap, but we don’t charge anything near what the big consulting companies will charge you either. We will provide excellent value for what we charge you, and expect you to tell us if you don’t feel you’re getting that value. Pay bananas, get monkeys.

Deposit

Half the cost of the work we do is payable upfront, followed by either incremental payments for agreed milestones or payment of the balance upon completion of the work.
Invoice terms are 7 days.

Discount

There is a 10 per cent discount off the full invoice price if clients decide to pay the full fees up front or 5 per cent if paid within 2 days of the invoice date.
