This will be relevant for my NZ-based readers mostly, but is interesting nonetheless.
Network PR, based in Auckland, Wellington and Sydney, have invited me over to run a workshop for their clients and an evening open chat about the value of social networking and social media, particularly for the PR world. We’ll be running a short, 90-minute workshop on 23 April at Network’s offices in Auckland and then a second event in the evening where I’ll be partnered in a chat by Julie Starr, NZ-based online journo. I’ve been chatting to Julie on Twitter for a while now. My take on her is that she’s pretty much the NZ equivalent of our own Bronwen Clune.
