Thanks for the great work:-)

Especiallyl the last paragraph reminds me about my own experience. Leading a moderated discussion group, done a meeting with the members (who were interested in coming to an event without fixed agenda and the typical conference bla-bla kind of thing) and tried to use a wiki for pre-planning, thought exchange, protocoll, etc.

Yet, even though these guys are all in the Lean Management area (actually the name of the group and the focus of discussion) almost nobody stepped in.

I wonder what has to change that people are going to use Wikis, Blogs, and other collaboration tools to accelerate productivity (they are already talking about!)?
