		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree more. The leap to use of social tools is not one to be made lightly. Just sticking in a blog or a wiki is fraught with risk. But a measured, well thought-out approach can work wonders as evidenced by the many businesses now successfully leveraging social media and social networking to their advantage.

The hyperconnectedness of us all (see Mark Pesce&#039;s latest piece - http://blog.futurestreetconsulting.com/?p=48) is a clarion call for all business to take notice of the online social world. Participate or be left behind.

BTW, I do wish you&#039;d left your real name. I prefer to have a conversation with a person. Why hide behind a pseudonym?</description>
