This is wonderfully done and I love the fact that the slides are pictures rather than powerpoint bullets! Recently in my circles we've been talking about how work is changing - how it must change - for us to be effective. There's more to service delivery than just service delivery. Where do we learn? How do we contribute? Being part of an online community is work. Learning is work. Producing content is work. Supporting each other in our work, is work.

Stephen, I'd love the audio or transcript to help me get even clearer .

Now I understand why I feel so uninspired. How can a KW change their environment when the environment does not understand it needs changing? I need your notes to understand more of what is missing in my KW world. I how I can change my little corner. I write little tools to help me work better, but others around me don't want to use them because they are not polished and have quirks that only a geek like me would let pass.

Stephen,

Fantastic presentation. You've done a great job of communicating the knowledge management problem and what can be gained by opening communication and tearing down walled gardens. I'd be interested to know how the audience received this presentation.
