Great article in the SMH on collaborative software usage (mostly wikis and some blogging) in some serious organisations. Information here from Cochlear on their use of Atlassian’s Confluence, IBM on global use of wikis and blogs and from NASA on the role of wikis in the ongoing development of WorldWind. Plus lots more. Definitely one of the best mainstream articles I’ve read on the subject.
