At acidlabs there are no employees, strictly speaking, as there are no bosses. However, I’ve worked as a boss and subordinate in more than enough places that this rings very true. In the comments, there’s an employee’s corrolary that is equally relevant. I’d publish them side-by-side, or on opposite sides of a page.
