One of my heroes, Seth Godin, hits the nail on the head today with his latest blog post. In today’s business world, what we need isn’t checklist-bound followers of strict, inflexible procedure. What we truly need is those who fail dismally at procedure - those whose maverick outlook and mindset changes the rules with every new task!
I can but try to be so.
