IBM Shortcuts – How to use wikis at work (plus a bonus link)

Over at IBM Shortcuts, Luis Suarez has a great, short (<5 minutes) interview about the usefulness of wikis as a tool for management of business intelligence and collaboration. Do yourself a favor and take the time to listen to it over lunch.

I’m involved in a few projects that are likely to test the wiki waters shortly. It’s a very exciting time.

Oh, and if you haven’t read The Wiki and the Blog, and the use of wikis in business interests you, download and read it now! It is one of the best academic papers on the use of collaborative/web 2.0 technologies that I’ve read.

Thanks a ton, as well, for that interesting link on “The Wiki and the Blog”. It surely makes up for an interesting and enlightening read, specially if you would want to know some more as to how the enterprise is starting to look further into the adoption of social software. Good stuff ! Thanks for sharing !
