Regardless, this is a pretty amusing set of dopey band names, populated by some pretty high profile acts. And the article is funny.
Of course, they don’t include the following, even worse, band names of acts either at my school or on the local scene when I was at high school way back when (these are all absolutely for real, BTW) – Dixie Wrecked, William Shatner’s Trousers and The Band – Charmant.
