Man, the past 10 days or so have been Hell! I’ve been really busy writing a major report for a client and haven’t been near a gym since Day 6 (it’s now day 17).
I got a 3km jog and a Lower Body session in this morning, which made me feel MUCH better, but I’m still struggling as I come down off the work stress. Diet is always going to be my issue as stress and boredom/overwork make me crave fat and carbs. I’ve been as good as I could manage the past week, but have broken my diet a few times.
Back on the wagon. Alley-oop!
