A quick summary of the past two days. Uneventful, but the more I diarise, the tighter I’ll be.
Day 5
Today was a great day! Tight diet, felt like I was more or less over my cold (still a little snotty), and a really good Upper Body training session where I increased my weights over the ones I did on Monday. Upper Body has always been my toughest area to improve; I struggle to gain in my chest, and I have iffy long head of biceps tendons, which can get irritated and develop tendonitis easily thanks to an old, previously chronic injury. So far, so good.
Day 6
Free Day! Most people doing BFL tend to make Sunday their Free Day. I’ve deliberately chosen Saturday as it’s the day I’m most likely to be out and about with the girls doing stuff, and therefore the most likely to eat out or have a treat. It went well. I didn’t pig out or anything. Had a small scoop of ice cream and a low-fat apple pie as a treat.
Didn’t get to the gym, so today will also be my Rest Day for this week.
