Scale weight - 90.4kg (-0.2kg)
Still struck down with the dreaded lurgi! At home and off work again.
I feel like training, but I know that I’d be doing no good if I do. So, no gym today, but I’ll definitely be back on it tomorrow. If I feel up to it, I may double-up and do today’s weights plus the scheduled cardio set.
Despite feeling crappy, I have stayed super-clean on my diet today, so I’m happy about that.
Thai Basil Chilli Chicken for dinner. Yum! Off to cook it now!
