So, I’m new to this whole Mac/OSX thing…

Where should I be looking for the best support, guidance, software release info, etc.?

I’ve found the ones listed below, which seem okay, but I haven’t really had time to look over them thoroughly. I know there have to be hidden gems out there somewhere.

Sites I’ve found so far:

Try the forums at the “popular” sites. I try http://forums.macnn.com first, and always get an answer. The ones you mention work fine as well. Make sure to post in the forum, as well as reading or searching the sites. The Mac cult is a friendly bunch, always willing to help.

I’ve found a lot of my troubleshooting question’s answers in apple.com’s supoprt section: http://www.apple.com/support/. All the others I would recommend you already have up there. You’re right though, there are a ton, and I’m sure you’ll get some good ones.
