Minor update to The ACME Guide

I’ve released a minor update to The ACME Guide, following some reader feedback. The updated version changes include:

• some formatting improvements for clarity;
• additional material on software and versions required, and;
• additional explanatory material about each of the ACME software packages and the reasons for several of the installation configuration choices made.
